We are looking for a reliableMale Support Workerto join our adult services programme.
In this role youll be helping the people we support build confidence and independence - whether that means lending a hand with everyday tasks at home getting involved in new hobbies or supporting to explore work and volunteering opportunities.

Due to the needs of the person we support this role is only suitable for males. To be considered for this roleyou must hold acleanFull UK driving licencehowever access to your own vehicle is not essential.

The role
Youll be supporting Max in his home in Muscliff. He communicates with short phrases and PECS cards and thrives with consistent staff who are firm fair and encouraging as he builds his independence.
Max loves being outdoorswalking near Throop Mill popping to the local shop for a treat or enjoying his garden whether hes gardening or relaxing on the swing.
Family means a lot to Max and he looks forward to spending time with them every week.
As a valued member of our team your role will involve a mix of meaningful support - from helping with daily routines like food preparation shopping and personal care to accompanying the people we support as they access the community and pursue their interests. You may also assist with administering medication to ensure their wellbeing.
Hours:
This would be a mixture of shifts between 7am 10pm Monday Sunday.
This role would include alternate weekends and sleep ins (sleep ins come with an additional payment)
