Requirements for Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 :

(Any one of the license)

LSW or LPCC
CPR or BLS

Responsibilities of Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1:

- Performs as lead worker or independently develops & implements treatment plans for clients coordinates admission assessment evaluation & treatment plans of clients care cycle provides interventions with acute more complex clients handles cases containing numerous factors & problems & provides crisis intervention.

Required Skills:

Meets Work Location CPR Certification ODRC packet Ohio Medical License Copy of Board Certification Drug Enforcement Administration certification COVID vaccine card or exemption letter ANCC Certificate

Required Education:

Requirements of the LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) :Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in TexasMust have least 1 years experienceAny requested time off exceeding three days prior to January 5 2026 must be discussed during the have a valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR hold a valid nursing license in Texas or a compact have negative PPD results within the past 12 be able to successfully pass a urine
