Summary
We are currently seeking a Full Time Concierge for a community in Baltimore Maryland. **Must be able to work M-F 3pm-11pm** and have a car on site.
As a Concierge you are the face of the community. Every day is an opportunity for you to deliver a superior customer service experience in turn building a sense of community. You will be the first point of contact welcoming residents guests and visitors as they arrive.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts as well as provide information about the local area.
- Orchestrate the flow of the lobby and manage the package center making sure every situation you handle ends with a smile.
- Be the communication center providing residents community communication
- Be dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the maximum number of lease renewals.
- Help coordinate deliveries to residents quickly and efficiently
- Work with the whole team to provide a seamless experience for residents
