Job Summary

Objective:
  • Responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers needs and requests responding to their queries promptly and aspiring to deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through research referrals and cold calling.
  • Preparing and developing presentations to explain our companys products or services to customers.
  • Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide Sales support.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads following up after initial contact securing and renewing orders negotiating prices completing sales and arranging deliveries.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to u management.
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Contributing to the companys growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory including market themes competitive landscape etc.
  • Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Computer science/ business administration or any related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as senior sales executive preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
  • Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations that demonstrate a clear ability to hunt within sales territory.
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data business groups technology and product management.
  • Proficiency with CRM software sales automation tools and analytics platforms. MS PowerPoint Excel.
  • Successful sales experience representing enterprise software SaaS or FinTech solutions For Financial Services Capital Markets and Banking.
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition and ROI.
  • Coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex sales with multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage internal resources to navigate and complete the sale cycle.
  • Building and managing a Sales pipeline and Achieving/Exceeding Quota.
  • Matching Customers Needs with Solutions.
