Job Summary
The EDRMS / Laserfiche Functional Specialist is responsible for configuring administering and optimizing the EDRMS platform. The role includes workflow design metadata management and ensuring alignment with document management policies and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Laserfiche repositories metadata configurations and workflows.
Design document and records management processes based on business needs.
Support automation of routing approvals and retention workflows.
Provide end-user training and support for EDRMS functionality.
Ensure data integrity security and performance compliance across repositories.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum Experience
5 years of experience working with Laserfiche or similar EDRMS platforms.
Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and workflow automation.
Experience with Laserfiche SDK or API integrations preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
