Job Summary
Responsibilities
Operate airless spray machines for application of paints primers sealants and protective coatings.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning sanding masking and applying primers as required.
Ensure uniform application proper thickness and smooth finishing per project specifications.
Set up and calibrate airless spray equipment (pressure adjustment tip selection nozzle maintenance).
Clean and maintain spray guns hoses and components after each job.
Report equipment malfunctions and ensure proper tool upkeep.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 25 years of experience as an Airless Spray Painter in FM construction or industrial environments.
Hands-on experience with:
Airless spray machines (Graco Wagner Titan or similar)
Paint mixing thinning and surface preparation
Ability to read instructions safety data sheets and basic drawings.
Preferred: Experience in building maintenance facility upgrades and refurbishing projects.
