Job Summary

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM5:00 PM (Victoria AU Time)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

The Email Management Administrator will oversee and organize the companys shared and individual inboxes to ensure all communication is handled promptly accurately and professionally. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations improving workflow efficiency and ensuring no message goes unattended.


Responsibilities

Inbox Management
  • Monitor sort and prioritize incoming emails across one inbox.

  • Identify urgent or time-sensitive emails and escalate as needed.

  • Assign emails to the appropriate team member or department.

  • Flag categorize archive or file emails to maintain workflow organization.

  • Keep inboxes consistently organized updated and easy to navigate.


Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure accuracy professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Follow company procedures communication guidelines and workflow expectations with zero errors.




Requirements

Essential
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with email platforms (Outlook Gmail) and office software.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Desirable
  • Experience in administration customer service or coordination roles.

  • Familiarity with insurance trade or building industry workflows (optional).

  • Ability to manage multiple inboxes simultaneously.
