Position: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Work From Hyderabad Office

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 3 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Odoo customization Python development business process mapping and cloud deployment. This role requires a blend of functional understanding and technical execution with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to postgo-live support.
  

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand functional processes and translate them into system workflows.
  

• Customize configure and extend Odoo modules to meet business and industry-specific needs.
  

• Develop automation scripts and backend logic using Python and the Odoo framework.
  

• Manage and support cloud-based ERP deployments (AWS Azure GCP or ) ensuring scalability and reliability.
  

• Provide user training technical documentation and functional guides for seamless onboarding.
  

• Work with internal developers and external vendors for API integrations custom modules and performance optimizations.
  

• Diagnose issues analyze root causes and provide solutions for continuous system improvement.
  

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product engineering and operations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in full-cycle ODOO ERP implementation.
  

• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework Python scripting and Odoo module customization.
  

• Prior experience in Product Management / Business Development / entrepreneur environment is must
  

• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or Google Cloud ) for ERP hosting.
  

• Solid understanding of business processes across multiple domains such as finance supply chain HR and CRM.
  

• Proficiency in SQL PostgreSQL and API integrations.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation abilities.
  

• Ability to lead teams manage multiple projects and work independently.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification or any major ERP certification.
  

• Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD and cloud automation
  

• Knowledge of JavaScript XML and UI customization within Odoo.
  

You should certainly apply if:

• Understanding of Runbot principles/ CI pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
  

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
  

• Experience building real-time applications powered by Generative AI.
  

• Knowledge of distributed systems scalable architectures and event-driven design.
