Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff / Cabin Crew. As a member of our team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airline.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in passengers at the airport
Assisting passengers with their luggage and directing them to their designated gates
Conducting safety and security checks on the aircraft before and after each flight
Providing excellent customer service to passengers answering any questions or concerns they may have
Assisting the flight crew with any necessary tasks during the flight
Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers always
Handling any in-flight emergencies or issues that may arise.
Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment
Participating in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
