• Client & Vendor Partnership: Youll be the master communicator seamlessly managing key meetings proactively resolving performance challenges and ensuring all stakeholders are perfectly aligned and engaged.
  

• Project Orchestration: Lead the daily charge on your projects. This means flawless file and asset management keeping project trackers razor-sharp and ensuring all creative outputcopy design websitesis compliant with rigorous regulatory standards.
  

• Financial Strategy: Become a key player in our financial health. Youll take the lead on budgeting forecasting and invoicing expertly managing vendor costs tracking client billings and constantly identifying new ways to boost efficiency and drive value.
  

What Were Looking For: Your HERO Toolkit

Youre a driven professional ready to blend strategic thinking with flawless execution. You dont just manage projects; you master them.

• A degree (or higher) in a biological science (preferred).
  

• Dynamic management experience in patient recruitment clinical research and/or health communications.
  

• Exceptional organisational and communication skillsyou can write a clear strategy and lead a room with confidence.
  

• The proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects and confidently manage a variety of stakeholders simultaneously.
  

• Familiarity with Google Workspace is a nice-to-have but your attitude and experience are essential!
