Responsibilities:
The Jr. Project Manager will support the Clinical Repositories team including management of issues risks and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time development of the project.
Project Support and Coordination
- Assist the project team in planning organizing and executing project activities.
- Maintain project schedules track milestones and ensure deliverables are on time and within scope.
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and document minutes for project-related sessions.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and update project documentation including status reports RAID logs and Gantt charts.
- Ensure proper version control and storage of project artifacts in designated repositories.
- Support compliance with organizational standards and governance processes.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between program teams and stakeholders ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Facilitate information flow across teams and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support engagement activities including workshops and stakeholder sessions.
