Job Summary

Quality Manager

Design and execute performance load stress and endurance tests for enterprise applica-tions. Develop test scripts using tools like JMeter LoadRunner or NeoLoad. Monitor system metrics and analyse results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. Collaborate with developers architects and QA teams to recommend tuning and optimization strategies. Pre-pare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders. Ensure compli-ance with performance standards and SLAs. The Performance Tester will be responsible for planning designing and executing performance tests to ensure Canada Lifes applications meet scalability reliability and speed requirements. This role involves analysing system be-haviour under load and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to optimize performance.
