Heres Where You Come In
We are currently seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team focused on National Accounts representing some of our largest key clients across different this highly visible role you will be leading the pre-renewal and renewal processes preparing proposals assisting with client presentations and stewardship reports and delivering exceptional client service day to day. Youll be the lead on several accounts and collaborate with team members. producers and executives to ensure exceptional client service. Youll also serve as a back-up on other accounts handled by the national accounts team.
Youre Great At
You will be well versed in customer service with excellent verbal and written communications. You should have at least 5 years of commercial lines experience preferably working with large complex accounts where youre accustomed to leading the account management services for the client. Strong knowledge in all lines of business and ability to read contracts for compliance with insurance requirements are essential. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and proficiency in these applications will help you succeed.
