Thermacell is home to 125 full-time employees across three U.S. hubs Bedford MA (Corporate Headquarters) Buford GA (Manufacturing & Distribution) and Hampton FL (Science & Research Center) and is expanding its footprint in the UK & Europe.

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Production Coordinator will assist the department supervisor in daily operations and administrative duties. This role works in collaboration with the planning team and manufacturing operation to ensure that work orders are batched and prepped for release to the manufacturing floor as well as maintain accurate production tracking and reporting to senior management.

STATUS: Non-Exempt

WORKING HOURS: 7:00am 3:30pm M-F (extended hours during busy season)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report Production and Entry into NetSuite and Productivity Tracker daily by 9:00AM
• Perform Daily Work Order Build for each line in NetSuite
• Verify completed work orders/ WIP inventory accuracy
• Update status on pending work order completion
• Forecast and coordinate requirements for mini-work flows (i.e. label applications box preppingetc)
• Review batch records for accuracy
• Make scrap adjustment in NetSuite
• Assemble and release of Work Order Packets/Job Travelers to Production
• Printing and assembling pick tickets and Labels for work orders
• Perform inventory cycle counts of raw materials in warehouse
• Engage and coordinate with line operators to resolve any discrepancies with production and inventory numbers
• Cross-train and provide support in manufacturing and/or fulfillment operations during periods of low activity including operating production equipment performing assembly tasks or picking/processing fulfillment orders to maintain workflow efficiency and product quality.

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary and an Annual Target Bonus and Quarterly Bonus programs-details proved separately.

Paid time off for this position will consist of accrued vacation at a competitive level along with 11 Holidays and a day off for your Birthday! 40 hours of wellness time is also available on your first day of employment. Additionally a company shutdown period is offered for one week between Christmas and New Years Day where the majority of business operations pause and employees are encouraged to rest and recover together. Critical functions may require limited coverage to ensure business continuity.
