TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Production Lead in the 77041 area!

Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Lead and motivate production team members to meet goals and deadlines.
Monitor workflow assign tasks and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the production area.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and issues.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Production Lead Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing or production.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Reliable punctual and able to work overnight shifts.
Must have a resume that reflects relevant experience.
