The opportunity:

As an Export / Import Customer Service Specialist youll play a vital part in our success. Youll proactively identify issues mitigating them and achieve best-in-class Customer Service.

Owns and manages the customer experience. Our customer service team has responsibility for end-to- end customer experience in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customer. Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in similar positions having served customers in a Logistics/Transport company.
  • BA in International Trade Logistics Logistics/Transportation Engineering international Relationships Business Administration International Commerce International relations.
  • Operational Expertise: Import Ocean Air & Truck.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English- Capable to have business conversations reading writing and perform presentations.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel (graphics dynamic tables formulas).
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Communication- Ability to perform presentations to explain complex processes to different auditoriums and to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal skills.
  • Microsoft Apps: Outlook Teams One drive.
  • Customer Centricity
  • Be a team player genuinely believes and lives according to collaboration.
  • Shows constant and consistent care on every task and interaction.
  • Communicates openly and respectfully whenever there is a conflict informs it quickly and focuses on solving the problem in an agile way.
