Role Overview

TW Engineering is a dedicated engineeringorganizationfor Coupang core business in Taiwan. The team has end-to-end ownership ofthesystems.We develop andmaintainscalable and sustainableplatforms to empower our businesswork with local business stakeholders and productteam very closely to wow the customers and scale the business.

As a TPM in TW Engineering team you will

• Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction ofthe TW Engineering team

• Prioritize programs and activitiesin accordance withthe mission and goals ofTW Engineering team

• Act as an internal accelerator withinTWEngineering teamto helpimplementnew tools and processes.

• Work with internal stakeholders (engineering finance legalproductteams) to drive scalable solutions and resolutions

• Identifysystems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable scalability

• Expert communication and interpersonal skills must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company

• Define metrics to measure the efficacy of internal resources and lead teams to improve metrics by making modification to current processes

• Define tech metrics and able to help team enhance engineering excellence

• Use data to inform system needs and prioritize system requirements

BasicQualifications:

• Working efficiency in English

• 10 years of industry experience (software development qa etc.); 5 years of tech programs management experience

• Experience in challenging problem solving deep diving into an issueidentifyingroot-causes and suggesting realistic solutions

• Experience synthesizing information quickly distilling key takeaways and presenting insights to leadership

• Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights

• High standardsand a bias toward action

• Ability to meet tight deadlines prioritize workload and achieve effective resultsin fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital

• Solid skillsin MicrosoftExcel and Power Point

• BS degree in Computer Science related major

• Experience working closely with global distributed teams

PreferredQualifications:

• Prior experience in eCommerceindustry
