What Were Looking For

Level 3 Health and Social Care (minimum)
Experience working within residential nursing or dementia care settings.
Empathetic patient and committed to person-centred care.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Support mentor and motivate care assistants to maintain outstanding standards of care.
Administer medication safely and accurately following care plans and procedures.
Collaborate with nurses families and external healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support.
Contribute to creating a positive homely and engaging environment for residents.
Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents health or wellbeing.
