Were hiring Group Leaders to join our before and after school programs in Norman Public Schools. As a Group Leader youll be the Guide on every childs journey-leading engaging activities supporting learning and creating a space where kids feel safe seen and excited to explore.
What Youll Do:
As a Group Leader youll:
Lead Fun Educational Activities
Help kids build social skills express creativity and stay active through hands-on experiences.
Spark Curiosity & Joy
Guide students in projects that stretch their imagination and grow their confidence.
Collaborate with Your Team
Work side by side with fellow Group Leaders to keep the day smooth fun and meaningful.
Be a Positive Role Model
Lead with kindness and care creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Celebrate Every Win
Whether its a new friendship or finishing a craft-every day brings a reason to smile!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Program operation hours)
Morning Shift: 6:15 AM - start of school
Afternoon Shift: 15 minutes before dismissal - 6:00 PM
Great for college students parents and professionals seeking part-time flexibility!
Pay & Perks:
$15/hour depending on education and experience

Requirements:
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Experience/education that meets Oklahoma childcare licensing requirements
Able to pass a background check
