The Role
Were looking for a Technical Recruiter to scale our Product and Engineering teams as we build the core technology powering Valences enterprise AI platform. Youll own technical hiring across product management software engineering machine learning and design ensuring we bring in builders who thrive in deeply technical high-velocity environments.

What Youll Do

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting across Product Engineering ML and Design roles.
    • Partner with technical leadership to define role profiles scorecards and high-precision evaluation loops.
    • Build diverse candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and targeted outreach.
    • Drive a fast rigorous signal-rich interview process for highly technical roles.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market insights org design considerations and long-term talent planning.

What Were Looking For

    • 4 years of recruiting experience with significant exposure to product engineering AI and research hiring in fast-growing organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to hire senior ICs and managers for technical teams.
    • Strong command of engineering and product role fundamentals enough to assess depth not just keywords.
    • Strong sourcing capability and comfort navigating competitive technical talent markets.
    • Ability to partner directly with leadership and influence hiring decisions with clarity and data.
    • Self-motivated adaptable and resilient. Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
    • Willingness to embrace challenges experiment and continuously learn through high-quality feedback and new workstreams.
    • Clear motivations for wanting to join an early-stage team.

Location and Work Environment
This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office in Union Square. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK) and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
