Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking dedicated individuals for the On-Call Weekends Days position in Knoxville TN. This role involves providing reliable support and care during weekend shifts ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and attention. The ideal candidate will be compassionate dependable and able to work independently during on-call hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and assistance to clients and caregivers during weekend shifts on an on-call basis.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client and caregiver needs and requests.
- Maintain clear communication with the care team and management.
- Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable and responsible with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in caregiving or related fields preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required certifications.
