What Youll Do

Provide 1-on-1 mobile home care for a variety of orthopedic patients
Deliver patient-focused treatment every 40 minutes
Bring your specialty and passion to make a meaningful impact
Receive support to grow your specialty expertise

Compensation & Benefits

$80$85 per visit
Mileage reimbursement up to $500/month ($6000/year)
Flexible scheduling during weekdays and weekends

Job Requirements

Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Must be located in Arizona for PRN consideration
1 year of outpatient ortho experience required
Dry Needling certification preferred
Ability to complete 6 patient visits per week
