Hospice Nurse RN
Our client is a growing Hospice organization based in San Antonio TX. They are looking for a Hospice nurse to join the team.

The Position: Our client is looking for a hospice nurse and offers the following benefits:
- $80000 - $88000 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
- Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Triage
- Evaluate Patients
- Develop and Implement Care Plans
- Check Vital Signs
- Support Family Members
- Notify Necessary Parties of Patient Deaths
- Follow Physician Orders
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- One year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
- One year of in-home patient care experience-Required
- Familiarity with EMR systems -Preferred
- Coverage area: San Antonio
