We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations by entering organizing and maintaining accurate information across internal systems and databases.
The ideal candidate is highly organized reliable and comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requisitos
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and update data with high accuracy.
- Review and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Organize documents and digital records.
- Perform routine data audits.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working with CRM tools ERP systems or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in retail catalog management or inventory-related roles.
- Basic knowledge of data cleaning or simple reporting (Excel formulas filters pivot tables).
- English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced.
