Were Hiring: Crew Coordinator Contract Services

Are you hands-on organised and passionate about helping others succeed This is your chance to lead a team and make a difference every day.

What Youll Do:

Lead & Support: Coordinate a crew of supported and non-supported employees delivering property maintenance services.
Mentor & Train: Build skills and confidence for team members facing employment barriers.
Get Involved: Roll up your sleeves for landscaping cleaning painting test & tag and more.
Safety First: Champion safe work practices and compliance.
Drive Results: Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What Were Looking For:

Expertise in landscaping/grounds maintenance plus experience in cleaning painting property maintenance or test & tag.
Hands-on skills and ability to operate commercial equipment (ride-on mowers pressure washers etc.).
Strong leadership problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Compliance-ready: NDIS Worker Screening WWCC First Aid drivers licence and eligibility to work in Australia.
