About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Crew Coordinatorto work within ourContract Services.

The Crew Coordinator manages and supports crew members while coordinating a range of property maintenance activities ensuring all allocated jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Your Key Focus

Support and coordinate a team of supported and non-supported employees to deliver a wide range of property maintenance services.
Train mentor and encourage team membersparticularly those facing barriers to employmentto build capability and confidence in maintenance skills.
Carry out a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks including landscaping cleaning general labour duties painting test and tag and other activities as required.
Maintain a strong focus on safety by following all workplace health and safety procedures and promoting safe practices across the team.
Provide clear constructive performance feedback to assist employees with skill development and achieving their goals.

Skills experience qualifications

Demonstrated specialist expertise in landscaping/grounds maintenance with additional experience in at least one other: commercial cleaning property maintenance commercial painting or test and tag.
Relevant qualifications or solid hands-on experience in property maintenance landscaping cleaning painting or test and tag.
Ability to operate commercial equipment including landscaping machinery (e.g. ride-on mowers) and/or industrial cleaning tools (e.g. steam cleaners pressure washers).
Strong interpersonal problem-solving and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing sometimes uncertain environment.
Meets mandatory compliance requirements including NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check eligibility to work in Australia and relevant licences such as First Aid and a drivers licence.
