The role:

The Product Strategist defines and drives the mid- to long-term product direction ensuring that product decisions directly support commercial objectives and customer needs. Operating above day-to-day feature delivery this role connects business strategy with product execution by translating company goals into clear product opportunities strategic focus areas and a coherent portfolio direction. Working collaboratively across Product Marketing Research Data and business leadership the Product Strategist guides what we build and why ensuring product investments deliver measurable customer and business value.

Your tasks:

• Translate business and company strategy into clear product strategy strategic focus areas and opportunity spaces

• Define goals success metrics customer value propositions and market positioning for key product experiences

• Understand customer segments behaviors and needs through data analysis research insights and experimentation

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and emerging opportunities

• Shape the product narrative and maintain an aligned strategic product roadmap

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Operations to frame problem spaces clarify priorities and ensure strategic alignment across discovery and delivery

• Partner with Marketing to ensure product positioning and storytelling reflect the strategic product direction

• Serve as an internal thought leader and advocate for the product vision

What you offer us:

• Several years of experience in Product Strategy Senior Product Management or another strategic product role

• Background in e-commerce consumer digital products or marketplace environments

• Proven ability to shape product roadmaps and influence cross-functional direction

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills including comfort with KPIs cohort analysis experimentation and modeling

• Experience converting qualitative insights and quantitative data into strategic direction

• Ability to think strategically while remaining pragmatic about execution constraints

• Strong strategic storytelling skillscapable of simplifying complex problems into clear narratives

• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across senior leadership and product teams

• Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers without assuming operational backlog ownership

• Familiarity with iterative product discovery A/B testing and customer insight development

• High accountability mindset focused on delivering company outcomes over product outputs
