Job Summary

Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machining equipment such as CNC machining center milling machines grinders and drills.
Technical document Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers micrometers gauges) to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
Tooling & Setup: Select and install cutting tools fixtures and machine attachments for optimal performance.
Process Monitoring: Monitor machine operations adjust settings as needed and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance on machines and follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
Production Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities including machine settings part counts and quality checks.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and productivity

For This Role You Will Need:

College degree or above with a major in mechanical manufacturing or CNC machining.
More than 3 years of machining operation experience.
Familiar with machining processes and have a certain understanding of CNC machining center various lathes cutting tools and fixtures.
Possess basic knowledge of metal technology and metal material processing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of 5S and TPM.
Ability to read drawings and perform machining according to process requirements.
