The Role

Were looking for a Graduate Modeller with an interest in developing a career within our Adelaide Roads & Highways Transport Planning & Advisory team.

Join SMEC and our Graduate Development Program and youll have the chance to work on some of the most complex projects in Australia.


As part of our program you will get to:

  • Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals reports and other documents

We promise both in-person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops.


About You

  • Graduates will be in their final year or have graduated within the last 2 years with tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering Computer Science GIS Transport Planning or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to effectively manage ones time and workload
  • A developed knowledge of analytical methods tools and principles
