Were seeking a forward thinking Senior Financial Analytst to drive the financial strategy for the high growth Advertising business directly supporting the GenAI Creative Experience product this pivotal role youll be at the forefront of shaping transformative AI products that will redefine how shoppers and viewers engage with Ads
Key job responsibilities
* Manage financial and operational performance metrics for the business e.g. weekly monthly and quarterly business reviews
* Partner with Creative formats and creative optimization product team to anticipate business requirements trends and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze initiatives and results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities
* Support growth of the advertising business by evaluating and understanding shopper and advertiser needs and value drivers supporting strategic initiatives and forecasting high impact growth strategies
* Uphold and enforce an environment of strong financial controllership

If you are a driven self starter and enjoy using analytical skills diving deep and building new models this will be a good match. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist in simplifying and scaling our business through thoughtful analyses and partnerships with different stakeholders.
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
