About the Role
The Workplace Experience Coordinator is an integral part of Lathams Workplace Experience role will be responsible for being an essential member of a team of customer-focused professionals dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience for both internal and external clients of the firm whether remote or in-person. This role will be located in ourNew Yorkoffice.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating genuine connections with clients providing best-in-class service that is timely accurate and seamless and consulting with clients to tailor requests and offering guidance in a poised manner
- Acting as a resource for Latham & Watkins employees regarding facilities operations coordinating purchasing maintenance and inventory of office supplies and furniture and liaising with property management and vendors
- Serving as a member of the Life Safety/Emergency team ensuring health and safety protocols are followed assisting with ergonomic evaluations and recommending adjustments to equipment for end-users
- Utilizing and maintaining the integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery and supporting data entry and report generation
- Promoting effective work practices working as a team member and showing respect for co-workers
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

- A minimum of two (2) years of workplace experience or related experience
