This Role is For You If Youre Ready To:
- Work closely with a high-achieving agents on campaigns from listing to sale
- Be involved in marketing and client communications
- Assist at inspections
- Coordinate photography video digital marketing and supplier management
- Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes from contracts and admin to CRM updates
- Take ownership of your development and thrive in a driven supportive environment
Qualifications :
Who You Are:
- A hunter that gets a buzz off getting a deal over the line
- Exceptionally organised detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Naturally confident with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to manage digital systems calendars and workflows
- Curious coachable and passionate about real estate and personal growth
- Professional in appearance and presentation
- Either have your Agents Representative Certificate (or are currently studying to obtain it)
