Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in San Antonio TX. The ideal candidate is motivated organized and eager to learn the fundamentals of client account this role you will assist in maintaining strong client relationships supporting daily operational tasks and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support account managers with day-to-day client activities and communications

  • Assist in preparing presentations reports and documentation for client meetings

  • Help coordinate project timelines deliverables and internal workflows

  • Monitor client inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses

  • Maintain accurate records of account interactions and project updates

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client goals and expectations

  • Contribute to improving processes that enhance client satisfaction and team efficiency


Qualifications :
