Job Summary
The Event Specialist will play a key role in planning organizing and executing a variety of events that reflect the high standards of Catch Vibe Voice. You will collaborate closely with internal teams clients and vendors to ensure flawless event experiences from concept to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate promotional and experiential events.
Manage event timelines logistics and onsite operations with precision.
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all requirements are met.
Support the development of event concepts layouts and run-of-show materials.
Oversee event setup execution and breakdown to guarantee seamless delivery.
Maintain project documentation budgets and post-event reports.
Ensure all events align with company standards and client expectations.
Provide hands-on support during high-volume or large-scale event days.
