- Achieve sales targets by promoting the full line of products (flooring countertops and exteriors) to key accounts including distributors builders contractors and designers and architects.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to maximize account growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact fostering long-term relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations training lunch and learns and presentations to customers positioning yourself as the go-to flooring expert.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
Qualifications :
- Ideally two years of successful project sales cycle experience.
- Ideally a strong track record in the flooring or building materials industry.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect cold call and close new business while effectively managing an existing book of accounts.
- Exceptional presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid drivers license and clear driving record are required a COMPANY VEHICLE will be provided.
