Insurance Defense Attorney Boutique Law Firm (Houston TX)
Confidential Search Solutions (CSS) is partnering with a well-respected boutique law firm in Houston seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex insurance and coverage issues
Draft high-quality legal briefs motions correspondence and opinion letters
Review interpret and summarize detailed contracts and legal documents; provide strategic recommendations
Assist in all phases of arbitration mediation litigation and court hearings
Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies
Requirements:
46 years of dedicated insurance defense experience
Strong understanding of insuring agreement language particularly in homeowner claims
Ability to evaluate coverage issues and apply policy language effectively
Preferred: Experience defending bad faith property litigation
Strong writing analytical and communication skills; boutique firm experience a plus
