Build applicants pool of officers and special positions and selected ratings positions.
Set timetable and work on deadlines. Maintains a record as basis for monitoring and checking.
Record keeping of all application forms including referrals of crew office staff and walk in applicants.
Support in:
identification of a required staff profile and formulation of the vacancy notice.
outreach to suitable candidates.
pre-screening of applications.
interviewing candidates and assessment of required skills using customized assessment tools.
Ensure applicants submission of complete requirements.
Encode all necessary documents of applicants to be proposed to client/principal.
Build-up and encoding of seafarers profile in Compas/CMS once accepted.
Endorsement of seafarers documents to Crewing Section upon approval from counterpart.
Performs other lawful orders of the Management.
