What youll do

Join our team as a Senior Accounting Manager and take a high-impact strategic role in building the backbone of our financial operations. This role goes beyond traditional accounting: you will drive innovation in accounting processes and financial systems to support Boundlesss growth operational complexity and future-readiness. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations related to the US general ledger including journal entries reconciliations and adjustments
Ensure compliance with GAAP internal controls and company policies to maintain financial integrity
Administer all finance and accounting-related applications and integrations including Netsuite Ramp Numeric and more
Design and implement scalable workflows roles and permissions in NetSuite. Create customized reporting solutions automate routine processes and deliver hands-on support and training for end users.
Identify and execute process improvements that reduce close timelines and enhance data quality across the GL and broader finance organization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to design accounting systems and processes that support multi-entity international operations and ensure future scalability.
Ensure financial systems and reporting structures produce actionable real-time insights that support company leadership in decision-making and board reporting.
Manage tax and regulatory compliance across federal state and international jurisdictions including coordination with external tax advisors and timely filings
Develop and implement departmental policies to streamline and enhance accounting processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
CPA required
8 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role and experience working with a US-headquartered company
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Expertise in Netsuite ERP is required with familiarity with key financial process flows: Quote to Cash Procure to Pay Record to Report
Experience in driving ERP process transformation / optimization is a plus
Experience working in or supporting multinational entities is a strong plus
Quick learner with attention to detail and strong analytical intuition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work US Pacific Standard Time
