Registered Home Manager Nurse Manager Up to 50000 per year

As the Registered Home Manager youll take full responsibility for the clinical and operational management of the home. Youll lead a team to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence dignity and wellbeing. This position offers the autonomy to shape service quality drive continuous improvement and uphold the CQCs highest standards of safety and care.
What Were Looking For
- Valid NMC Registration (PIN) and nursing qualification
- Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager or Clinical Manager within a nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent understanding of CQC standards and relevant healthcare legislation.
- Confident in managing budgets staffing levels and clinical governance.
- Exceptional communication empathy and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional standards of nursing and care in line with CQC regulations and internal policies.
- Recruit lead and develop a multidisciplinary team ensuring effective training supervision and rota management.
- Oversee all aspects of care planning and delivery ensuring personalised support that enhances residents quality of life.
- Act as the homes registered manager and primary CQC contact ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage budgets contracts and essential resources efficiently to support smooth sustainable operations.
- Build trusted relationships with residents families staff and external professionals to foster an open collaborative environment.
