How youll make an impact 

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver tailored travel solutions. 

  • Drive sales in line with revenue targets by promoting Air New Zealand products and services from our Travel Centre. 

  • Maintain market awareness and proactively communicate competitor trends ensuring Air New Zealand remains competitive and customer-focused. 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities helping to grow the Retail groups revenue. 

  • Actively promote our loyalty programmes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

  • Provide exceptional service taking ownership to resolve customer issues and exploring opportunities to generate additional revenue. 

What were looking for 

  • Proven experience in sales or high-level customer service roles ideally within travel or related industries. 

  • Fares and Ticketing Stage III Certificate. 

  • 3-4 years of secondary education. 

  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
