Program & Academic Support
- Assist in coordinating curriculum alignment activities with FNU and industry partners.
- Support instructor recruitment onboarding and training logistics.
- Maintain training schedules enrolment databases and student records.
- Liaise with instructors and students to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Student Services & Enrolment
- Coordinate student support services including career counselling and orientation.
- Coordinate enrolment workflows eligibility tracking and cohort planning.
- Serve as a point of contact for student queries and feedback.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Organize meetings workshops and events for the Careers Centre.
- Support procurement and logistics for training equipment and materials.
- Assist in tracking operating expenses and preparing budget reports.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop communications & presentations for Executive Leadership
- Liaise with internal teams (HR Finance Logistics Marketing and Communications) and external partners (FNU government bodies).
- Support communications and reporting to the Steering Committee and other stakeholders.
- Help maintain relationships with industry partners and regulatory bodies.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data for KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- Prepare regular updates and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in program coordination student services or workforce development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Experience working with academic institutions or training programs is an advantage.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with Fijis manufacturing or marine industries.
- Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
