Endeavour Group is seeking a Head of Group Process Excellence to establish and embed the foundational operational model for our entire organisation. This is a critical enterprise-wide leadership role where you wont just improve processes - youll design the structures standards and ownership that define how Endeavour works at scale.
Reporting into the General Manager - Endeavour Group Optimisation your mandate is to drive organisational maturity resilience and efficiency across our diverse brands (Dan Murphys BWS ALH Hotels etc.) and highly regulated environment.

This role acts as a vital bridge between our operational and strategic functions. You will be responsible for:
- Enabling Transformation: Providing governance oversight for all major process changes ensuring that IT transformation projects new technology rollouts and outsourced services are grounded in best-practice process architecture.
- Ensuring Compliance & Resilience: Partnering directly with Audit Risk and Compliance functions to embed controls and ensure our processes meet regulatory and internal governance requirements. You will be responsible for assessing and reporting on our process maturity health to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Building Capability: Leading a team of Process Excellence Owners and Analysts and acting as a senior advisor to General Managers and Executives. You will be the champion of a process excellence culture driving capability building and engagement across the Group.
- Setting the Standard: Defining and enforcing the enterprise-wide standards for process modelling and the application platforms used (e.g. SAP Signavio or similar tools).
- Own the Framework: Design implement and maintain the multi-tiered Enterprise Process Governance Framework and Methodology.
- Establish Accountability: Define and embed clear process ownership accountability and reporting across all end-to-end processes Group-wide.
- Drive Improvement: Lead continuous improvement programs to deliver measurable gains in efficiency cost optimisation compliance and risk reduction across BAU and transformation activities.
- Act as a senior advisor to General Managers and executives providing insights and recommendations to influence enterprise decision-making.
Qualifications :

The successful candidate will be experienced in building and leading high-performing teams. A strategic thinker who thrives in complexambiguous environments and can successfully navigate competing priorities (compliance vs. efficiency). Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing enterprise-level decision in addition to:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related discipline
- 10 years experience in Process Governance and Transformation leadership roles ideally within large highly regulated industries (Retail FMCG Hospitality experience is a bonus).
- Proven success establishing and maintaining a formal Process Governance framework across an entire enterprise.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (or an equivalent globally recognized process improvement methodology).
- Strong expertise in SAP Signavio or similar market-leading process management platforms.
- Demonstrated capability with multiple industry-standard process modelling frameworks (BPML BPMN 2.0 EPC ArchiMate UML APQC PCF).
