As the Corporate Dining Services Director at Edgewood youll oversee the strategic direction of our dining services across the company. This is a primarily remote position open to those residing in North Dakota South Dakota Minnesota Nebraska Montana Wyoming or Idaho.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement company-wide dining strategies that align with resident satisfaction wellness and operational goals
Oversee menu development
Lead mentor and support regional and community-level dining directors
Ensure consistency in food quality safety sanitation and regulatory compliance across all locations
Manage food service budgets vendor contracts and cost controls to ensure financial sustainability
Regularly travel to communities and meetings

Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian preferred
Minimum Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
Previous multi-facility management experience
Minimum 5 years of dining services management experience
A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
Passion and drive for helping others
