Pay: $20$25/hour $3.50/hour 2nd Shift Premium Overtime after 40 hours/week Service Advisor Bonus Plan
Schedule: Full-time 2nd Shift (MondayFriday 2 PM 11 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor with at least 5 years of proven success in a high-volume shop. The ideal candidate will excel at customer service sales and workflow management while maintaining strong communication with technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Sell services and parts build accurate estimates and obtain customer authorizations.
- Manage workflow by tracking vehicles assigning work orders and maintaining clear notes.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with inquiries.
- Coordinate parts ordering and ensure timely job completion.
- Perform road tests as needed and handle payment/delivery of vehicles.
- Support shop operations with flexibilityno task is too small.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a high-volume automotive shop.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and automotive shop management software.
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive various vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an automotive shop environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $20$25/hour based on experience.
- Shift Premium: $3.50/hour for 2nd shift.
- Overtime: Paid after 40 hours/week.
- Bonus Plan: Service Advisor performance-based bonuses.
