Rev up your hospitality career as a Valet where youll be the first and last point of contact ensuring guests experience a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure. With your prompt and courteous service youll be the driving force behind a seamless and memorable guest experience.

• Park and retrieve guests vehicles efficiently ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and attentive customer service assisting guests with their belongings offering information and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles noting any special requests and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval.
• Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
• Valid drivers license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
• Must be at least 18 years of age
