Job Summary
Responsible for managing the clinical operations daily productivity and support staff within the Hematology/Oncology and Ambulatory Infusion Unit. This position provides direct supervision for Infusion RNs and Charge Nurses. The manager ensures that clinical services meet requirements for continuous quality improvement customer service and financial performance.
In conjunction with the Medical Director RN CBDC Director and other clinical leadership this role also implements strategic Value Stream initiatives for Hematology Oncology and Ambulatory Infusion services. The position supports the daily clinical functions of the assigned units and collaborates closely with inpatient units to ensure continuity of care.

Required Education and ExperienceBachelors degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school of of two (2) years RN leadership experience.
Required Credentials
Current Washington State or Multistate (MSL) RN license.A copy of bachelors degree or higher in nursing or transcripts indicating attainment of bachelors degree or higher in nursing is to be on record with Human Resources upon or healthcare related professional board certification in a clinical specialty area or leadership on hire or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire and must be maintained thereafter. Certification must be recognized by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) and approved by Seattle certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. This is a condition of hire and must be maintained at all times. Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) will be accepted in lieu of BLS for Healthcare Providers. (Note: Employees are responsible for any costs (including time away from work) associated with obtaining PALS or PEARS certification if it is not a requirement of the position). ACLS will not be accepted as a substitute to the requirements listed above.
Preferred
Masters Degree in Nursing or business related clinical experience in a pediatric ambulatory experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role.
Compensation Range
$129992.00 - $194988.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
