- To implement the daily work schedule to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
- To work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties.
- To check air conditioning water fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards.
- Close coordinate with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation.
- Work with external contractors on behalf of the hotel and support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections.
Qualifications :
- Certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Two years operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
