Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Revenue Controller who possesses excellent analytical abilities as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606 applying internal accounting policies and controls.
- Review sales contracts and coordinate with GTM Legal Order Management and FP&A to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
- Perform monthly and quarterly revenue close processes including journal entries reconciliations variance analysis and SOX controls.
- Manage revenue-related balance sheet closings and reconciliation.
- Support external audits and maintain strong documentation of revenue processes and controls.
- Provide revenue and business performance insights and handle ad-hoc data and reporting requests from management.
- Drive process improvement and automation within the revenue and accounting function including building and maintaining automated dashboards and reconciliation reports (in Excel or BI tools).

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline and an active certified public accountant (CPA) certification - must.
- 4 years of experience in accounting - with a strong preference for experience in revenue accounting.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience must
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
- Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP NetSuite or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to SOX controls and audit support.
- Strong analytical mindset attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with automation tools and process improvements within finance.
