- Collaborate with Sales Product and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Work with external vendors and platform providers to optimise performance and maintain compliance with global email regulations.
What youll bring
- 35 years experience in email marketing or CRM (B2B or industrial experience preferred).
- Proficiency with platforms such as CE Outbound Marketing HubSpot Salesforce or Marketo.
- Strong skills in CRM segmentation and automation workflows.
- Bonus experience: GDPR compliance behavioural marketing and multilingual campaign localisation.
- A detail-oriented data-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement and continuous improvement.
