Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

You will manage and enhance Accors infrastructure security platforms (firewalls proxies bastions) across Cloud and on-prem environments ensuring secureresilient and scalable protection of digital assets. Working with infrastructure cloud and application teams you will align security operations with regulatoryand risk management requirements. Your role includes integrating advanced controls leading proof-of-concepts for innovative solutions and maintaining aforward-looking infrastructure security posture that anticipates threats and ensures seamless user experiences.

Main responsibilities : 

 

Infrastructure security operations and implementation:

  • Design deploy and operate advanced firewall proxy and bastion solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises and multi-Cloud) ensuring alignment with Zero Trust principles and Accors cybersecurity strategy.

  • Perform deep configuration tuning to optimize both security posture and performance.

  • Ensure infrastructures are resilient scalable and aligned with regulatory requirements while preventing unauthorized access and minimizing attack surface.

Project support and operational alignment:

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for network and access security advising project teams on advanced design choices such as micro-segmentation adaptive access control and secure Cloud connectivity.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud engineering teams to integrate firewall policies proxy rules and bastion access controls into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Provide expert support in critical incidents root-cause analysis and complex troubleshooting involving encrypted traffic inspection identity-aware access and hybrid architectures.

Standards documentation and knowledge sharing:

  • Produce and maintain expert-level documentation including hardened configuration baselines advanced troubleshooting playbooks and secure integration patterns.

  • Ensure consistent enforcement of network and access security standards across all environments including Cloud-native services and legacy infrastructures.

Technology evaluation and continuous improvement:

  • Maintain expert awareness of cutting-edge technologies (e.g. SASE ZTNA AI-driven threat detection) and anticipate their integration within Accors infrastructure landscape.

  • Lead complex proof-of-concepts to benchmark firewall proxy and bastion solutions under realistic load and compliance scenarios.

  • Regularly propose innovative enhancements to reinforce infrastructure resilience adapt to evolving business requirements and stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.


Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or networkwith a strong focus on Cloud environnement.
