IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team. We are in charge of creating developing improving and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience.

About the role

Your tasks will include:

• Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads screening job applications phone interviews video screening candidate testing conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
• Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience
• Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
• Spread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs e-meetups etc.
• Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

About you

• 4 years of experience preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
• Proven success in delivering outstanding international Tech hires (backend frontend product manager product designer data mobile...)
• Fluent Spanish and English level other languages are a plus
• Residence in Buenos Aires or willing to relocate
• Experience working with ATS systems
• A solid understanding of Fevers vision business model and operations
• Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships
